Send us a photo and we'll take a look. Depending on what's happened, we'll repair, replace or refund. We want you wearing it, not stuck with something that isn't right.
How do I care for my pieces?
Every piece comes with care instructions on the label. Most of our clothing is best washed cold on a gentle cycle and hung to dry — the fabrics hold their shape beautifully when they're not tumbled. The jewellery looks after itself: wear it, live in it, no special treatment needed.
