Shipping policy
At Kate & Sophie, we want you to feel confident from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.
Processing
Every order is prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 working days of being confirmed. Orders placed during the week are usually processed within one working day. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may take slightly longer.
Delivery
Once dispatched, your order will arrive within an estimated 8 to 12 working days. You'll receive a tracking link the moment your order ships, so you can follow its progress the whole way.

Stock Replenishment Policy
If an order is returned to us because of an issue on the customer's side, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This applies when:
- The delivery address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete
- The recipient refused or rejected delivery
- The courier attempted redelivery and received no response within their timeframe
To avoid this, please double-check your delivery address at checkout and keep an eye on tracking updates. If you're not going to be home for delivery, most couriers offer redelivery or a pickup option — respond to those promptly so the parcel doesn't get returned to us.
If you need to update a delivery address after ordering, email us as soon as possible. We can usually help if the order hasn't shipped yet.
