2.8 Marketing to existing customers

If you have already provided us with your email address during a purchase, we may send you communications about similar products without the need for explicit consent, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). You may object to this at any time.

3. Prices and payments

3.1 All prices shown in our shop include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated) and are quoted in euros (€).

3.2 Payment can be made using the methods available at checkout, such as credit card, PayPal or other methods offered by our payment gateway.

3.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the price in force at the time of purchase.

4. Dispatch and delivery

4.1 Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, but is generally between 7 and 14 working days.

4.2 KATE & SOPHIE accepts no liability for delays caused by external factors such as customs, strikes or events beyond our control.

4.3 The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We accept no liability for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without having to give a reason.

5.2 To exercise the right of return, the customer must first contact us by email at: info@kateandsophie.com, stating:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Full name

  • Address

  • Photos of the product (in the event of a fault)

5.3 Important: Returns are not free of charge. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (the address will be provided by email).

5.4 The product must be returned unused, with all its accessories, clean and in its original packaging.

5.5 Once we have received and inspected the product, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 working days.

5.6 We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that are used, damaged or returned without a valid reason.

6. Statutory warranty

6.1 All our products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity set out in current legislation.

6.2 In the event of a faulty product, the customer is entitled to a repair, replacement or, in some cases, a refund, provided that the fault has not been caused by misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 KATE & SOPHIE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or the website.

7.2 We reserve the right to amend the content of the website at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the country from which KATE & SOPHIE operates.

8.2 Any dispute relating to the use of this website or to purchases made through it shall be resolved by the competent courts of the consumer’s place of residence.

11.1 We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of our obligations where this is due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to:

13.1 By making a purchase at KATE & SOPHIE, the customer accepts these Terms of Service in their entirety.
